Process for buyers

1. Buy from your favorite dealer

Make a purchase from your favorite supplier and pay them. Tell them you will send a rider to pick up the items from the store, or ask them to deliver your order to PUEXP offices.

2. Fill out the PUEXP quote form

Fill out our quote form with details on the delivery or share the details directly via WhatsApp. Upload all the necessary documents such as proof of payment, and prescription from the doctor. (Add the duration you may keep orders that have been dropped off at the office before dispatching them in the tnc page, to prevent people from using the office as storage when the right infrastructure isn’t in place)

3. Pay the delivery fee

Once you fill out the form to book a rider, you will get a price estimate. Make the payment to complete the transaction and schedule the delivery.

4. Connect with a rider

Once you make the payment, we shall review the order and match you with a rider. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with the rider details.

5. Inspection

Our riders will go to pick-up the items, where they will inspect and share photos with you for confirmation.

6. Receive your item

Once you confirm that that is what you had ordered, they will deliver it to the address you provided. You can track your delivery live on our website.

7. Acknowledge receipt

Once it is delivered, inspect the items against the photos you received earlier and then sign the delivery form to acknowledge receipt.

8. Tell us how we did

You will also get a feedback form together with the delivery form where you can share feedback to help us improve our service.

Process for sellers

1. Get an order from a customer

Customers will place orders directly through your selling channels. Once they have completed a purchase, drop it off at PUEXP offices or visit the website to connect with a rider.

2. Fill out the PUEXP quote form

Fill out our quote form with details on the delivery or share the details directly via WhatsApp. Upload all the necessary documents such as customer receipts.

3. Pay the delivery fee

Once you fill out the form to book a rider, you will get a price estimate for the deliveries. Make the payment to complete the transaction and schedule the deliveries.

4. Connect with a rider

Once you make the payment, we shall review the order and match you with a rider. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with the rider details and tracking numbers for each customer.

5. Delivery completed

Once a customer receives their order, you will receive an SMS notification about the delivery status. You can also track the progress directly on our website.

6. Delivery confirmation

Once the order is delivered, the customer will inspect the items and then sign the delivery form to acknowledge receipt. We shall take a photo of this acknowledgment form and share it with you for your reference.
