We charge a rate of KES 100 per kilometer for short distances (up to 4.9 km). For long-distance deliveries, the price goes down to KES 35 per kilometer (5.0 - 20KM) and KES 30 per kilometer for longer distances (20.1KM +).
We allow free waiting time of 10 minutes during pick-up and delivery. Any extra time our riders spend waiting to be served or to deliver something will be charged at a rate of 300 for the first hour, 350 for the second hour, 400 for the third hour, 450 for the fourth hour, and KES 500 for the fifth hour. After the fifth hour the rider goes back and you re-order.
