No, PUEXP offers local delivery services. We have two websites for people in each of the two locations to help you pick up, send, and drop off spare parts, online orders, medical supplies, and documents within your city.

PUEXP riders make deliveries either the same day, the next day, or in two days. However, all medical deliveries are made on the same day. You can also select expedited delivery for urgent deliveries and receive your delivery within the same hour.

PUEXP logistics and delivery company helps individuals and businesses in Kenya and the USA connect with their customers through convenient delivery services. Once you make your purchase or sell, you request a rider from our website or WhatsApp by sharing your order details, pickup, and delivery address, and then we dispatch a rider to handle the delivery. Yes, you can change the delivery address within 15 minutes free of charge. However, if the new address is farther than the original one, you will pay for the price difference.

You may ask your alternative contact to collect your package for you. However, if no one is available to pick it up, the rider will return the package to the source after 15 min and charge you for the return trip.

Yes, if you want someone else other than your emergency/alternative contact person to receive a package for you, you need to send an official email or message to PUEXP customer support team with the details of the other person. If the details of the person receiving the package do not match with what we have in our system, the rider will return the package back to its source.

No, currently our delivery system is web-based. You can access it on Chrome, Firefox and other browsers that operate on Linux and Windows environments.

PUEXP does not sell anything. We only deliver what you order from your favorite seller, spare parts dealer, or pharmacy as it is. If what you ordered isn’t what you expected, you can get in touch with the store directly and ask to return the product. PUEXP riders can collect the item and return it for you at our normal rates.

Yes, PUEXP couriers exist to help busy people collect and drop off items and documents from one place to another. You can book our riders to assist with pick-ups and deliveries within Nairobi, Mombasa, and the surrounding towns..

Currently, PUEXP is purely a delivery company. While we do not offer storage, you can drop off the items you want to ship out and we’ll deliver them to your clients within two business days. You can also schedule batched pick-ups and drop-offs where our riders collect many orders at once and deliver them on a specific day of the week.

PUEXP delivery system accepts payments via visa/master card and mobile money. Kenyan users can pay using the MPesa pay bill number xxxxxxx and enter the code received to complete the transaction. Once the system verifies the payment, the stats of your order will change from pending to active and ready for dispatch.

We use GPS to optimize routes for our riders. The GPS tracking has complete visibility of the rider’s whereabouts, allowing you to track your delivery when you enter the tracking code on the tracking page. We’ll also send you notifications via email and text to keep you updated.

Yes, if you made a mistake and need to cancel your order, you will get your full refund if the cancellation is done within 15 minutes. However, any cancelation made after 15 minutes will be refunded at 50% of the original payment, and clients will receive their refund within 2 business days.
